Restoring a purchase
Bought something already, or got a new phone? Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID, then open Fair Deal Solitaire, tap Settings and Restore purchase. Restoring needs an internet connection; after that it works offline.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t see or refund App Store purchases ourselves.
Your progress
Your progress is saved on your device, not in an account. In the iPhone app it also syncs to your other iPhone or iPad through your own iCloud (Settings › iCloud), and never reaches us; without iCloud, deleting the app deletes it.
